The Milwaukee Power have been busy in the staffing department over the past few months and they are not done yet. Now they are tackling the Media and Game Day department after promoting Gordon Cepuran from the Media & Game Day Operations Manager to the Director of Broadcasting & Video Media.
“Gordon has been with the Power since the beginning and has been an integral part in building the organization here in Milwaukee,” said Chase Ernst, COO of Local Hockey Partner and President of the Milwaukee Power. “I am very excited for what the future holds for our video content as Gordon will be able to focus more on content creation and continue as our Play by Play Broadcaster.”
With Gordon’s promotion the Power were in need of a new Media & Game Day Operations Manager and have been able to fill the position with Marcus Grasenick. Marcus comes to the Power after serving as the lead broadcaster and Director of Broadcasting for the Northern Illinois University Men’s Hockey Team (ACHA D1/D2) for the last eight seasons. Over his eight years as a broadcaster in addition to working at NIU, he has also worked with the Danville Dashers (FPHL), ACHA DIII National Championship (2016-2018), and the Chicago Cougars (USPHL).
“I am really excited to be joining the Power and begin a new adventure in my broadcasting career. Want to thank Chase Ernst and Local Hockey Partners for this opportunity to help grow the Power brand in Milwaukee,” said Grasenick.
“With Gordon and Marcus working together the Power will continue to grow the brand and produce some great content as the Power heads into its third season in Milwaukee,” said Ernst.
"I like the direction that we are heading and I look forward to collaborating with Marcus to bring some new show and video concepts to fruition," said Cepuran.
Coming up next for the Power is the NA3HL Draft on April 23rd, starting at 3PM central time.
